[TowerTalk] Tower collapses as its built.

I concur on the jib breaking.  It does not appear to have anything to do
with the strap(s).  Either the tower crew underestimated the weight or
something was defective however for a crane that tall, it looked pretty
wimpy.  They are lucky that it did not hit a guy wire when it fell.
