It is a simple swap to switch from a K7NV Ø2" mast clamp to a K7NV Ø3" clamp
IF they are made for the same size prop pitch.  There was a very good
description of prop pitch sizes and gear ratios on https://www.k7nv.com but
sadly that information was quicky removed after his passing.  Perhaps you
can find the information that you need in the wayback machine.
