I spied a keyer paddle on the op table and no microphones... at least,
none of those real fancy broadcast-types. But the FCC record doesn't
seem to indicate that he was licensed before 2002 other than apparently
that was a renewal, with no prior callsigns. And he only had an
Advanced... I don't think I've ever heard of K9LTN before, nor do I
recognize the name.
