[TowerTalk] Common-Mode Current Analyzer

I've written a program to analyze common-mode current in an antenna 
system. I think the required measurements for an antenna on a tower or 
mast will be too much trouble for nearly everyone. But they should not 
be difficult for an antenna with a feedpoint near ground, such as an 
end-fed halfwave or a vertical.

I'm hoping the program may provide insight for intractable common-mode 
problems, but that may be expecting too much.
