Noalox and similar "drying out"?
According to the website (and the MSDS) it's zinc particles.  (and so, it's potentially pyrophoric, which I didn't expect) and hydrophilic fumed silica.
Apparently Polybutene is the carrier. It's described as "non-drying" and tacky (apparently it's used in mouse and insect sticky traps). OTOH, it breaks down into stuff that does evaporate.
