[TowerTalk] Static Drain Resistor in Arrestor

Keep in mind an arrestor rated at 2 kw would not work well when runningnpower levels at say 3 kw.  Or a 3 kw arrestor would not work well if power level was no more than 100 watts. Size matter. And correct me if Im wrong.
