[TowerTalk] swaging tool

The Home Depot swaging tool is only good for 3/8" to 5/8" so it is most 
not usable and does not also make a tube smaller.  The particlar size I 
need right now is 1-1/16" to fit over 1" bushing on a post/pipe mount 
for a vertical.  I have the 1" tube and then need to deck it down on the 
other end.
