We use one at KP4AA due to some hellacious line noise that was plaguing us beaming stateside. It does what it says on the box. It’s a little fiddly though and the knobs aren’t very big, the whole box is tiny actually.
It’s not set and forget, required tuning for each band or each different noise source.
Of course the day after cqww SSB, the noise source was fixed 🤣
