[TowerTalk] Feedline (choke) question

In my opinion N connectors are not as bad as many hams make them out to be.
I used a number of them at my previous station and I never had a single
issue with them.  If I understand an N connector correctly the center pin is
Ø3mm but it has a lead that is much smaller in diameter and that looks like
BNC sized center pin.  I believe a BNC center pin is around Ø1.5mm.
