[TowerTalk] 5 wires green connector block

They look like a Phoenix plug but to ensure that it fit properly in DXE
products I purchased part number DXE-CC4-CON from DX Engineering earlier
this year.   At the time the website indicated a long wait however the
connectors shipped about a week after ordering.
