[TowerTalk] Sealing rotor connectors

I endorse what Jon said about not sealing the terminal 
strips.  However,  I always
used Stainless Steel screws in the terminal strips.  The rotors I 
ended up with all had
standard steel screws screws and I replaced them with #6x32 1/4" SS ones.
