I would like to correct my previous post regarding the owner of RigExpert.
I thought that the owner of RigExpert for USA and Canada was Yuri Onipko in
Ontario.  Google's AI also indicated this however a very reliable source
told me the correct information. Yuri is the owner of a RigExpert outlet in
Canada. He has a name that implies he is RigExpert in the USA, but it is not
ownership of the RigExpert company. RigExpert is a Ukrainian company founded
and owned by four radio amateurs in 2003. The company was established by
Sergei Litvinov (UX1UA), Denys Nechytailov (UR8US), Nickolai Fedoseev
(UT2UZ), and Victor Tkachenko (UT1UA).
