As far as I know, Hy-Gain never made an OWA. The M2 Yagis with closely 
spaced directors intended to raise the feed impedance were for VHF/UHF.

The OWA technique costs forward gain. Here is a way around that limitation:

I wrote a high-accuracy Hairpin modeling program specifically to promote 
non-OWA designs with higher gain. It takes everything I could think of
