[TowerTalk] Choke on feed point of dipole

The trouble with this discussion is that it attempts to figure out the
optimum way to elevate a vertical antenna, while ignoring the well
established principle that elevating a vertical doesn't work very well
in the first place, no matter what is done to feed it. While elevating
a horizontal dipole is well known to produce ground gain, the same
cannot be said for a vertical dipole. Something about the pseudo
Brewster angle.
