[TowerTalk] 1/4 wave vertical with counterpoise

It does not need a radial system of wires to avoid loss.  It just needs
an alternative path to the earth for near field return currents, and
that can be had with a proper counterpoise.  The modeling shows that and
it's pretty intuitive if you think about it.

There is even a YouTube video out there by KB9VBR where he includes some
actual experiments by a friend of his comparing WSPR reports for both a
vertical with radials and a vertical with a small screen counterpoise.
There was virtually no difference in performance.

The modeling and video I did isn't groundbreaking.  People have been
doing the same thing for years with great results.  I just tried to
demonstrate it using EZNEC.
