[TowerTalk] Test Fixture for Common Mode Chokes

Lots of great comments in response to my original query on the test
fixture ... and how to get the best results from it.

It seems to me, though, that for most of us it isn't important that we
know whether a CMC is 525 ohms instead of 500, or 9,000 instead of
10,000.  Being appreciably better than some target value is probably all
we need.

Also, in many cases where we are trying to get a handle on what works
and what doesn't, merely having enough repeatability to know whether one
test subject is appreciably better than a different test subject is
useful even if the accuracy is not the greatest.

It sounds like ... within reason ... that test fixture when used
properly might satisfy either situation.  I hope the folks who replied
saying they bought one will let us know what they conclude.
