[TowerTalk] vhf/uhf antenna mounting help please

That is correct, not a repeater set up, but, I like the idea of vertical mounting. This makes things easier. But I still ask, how far from the mast, off to the side, should the lower antenna be? I'm thinking some distance not being an equal fraction or a multiple of the bands involved, that being the ham 2 meter and 70 cm bands.
