Problem using POST for QSL labels

My first attempt was a success!  Loaded several old contest logs and printed
labels just fine THEN!
Suddenly it will no longer work!

It finds the file, the QSO and will even print a label using the setup mode
but after the question about report is answered, it does not print a label
.  I have tried renaming the log file - is there something sneaky that I
missed?  I would think once it found the QSO and the check label were
printed all would be fine.

HELP!
