[TRLog] TR with Packet

Hi,

I attempted to get TR to connect with a KPC-3 last weekend during the 
WPX contest.  I was unable to establish a connection with the TNC.  I 
checked the Com port, and the commands required in LOGCFG.DAT file 
and still had the same results.  Any ideas.  I am using ver 5.88.
