Resolution to POST U E S generating a TRMASTER.DTA file that POST U E A's
into a file that is not sorted alphabetically from start to finish is to
sort it with QSORT - a utility that seems to have been written because the
SORT that comes with DOS doesn't like big files.  Thanks to K5TR for the help!
