[TRLog] PTT and QSK

Hi All!

Tree reminds me, correctly, that the PADDLE PTT HOLD COUNT function only
affects the PTT when the paddle is used to generate the CW.  It does not
affect the PTT active time when generating automatic CW.

Nontheless, I still pine for full QSK.  (Old traffic handler habits die hard).
