[TRLog] Two radio CW bugs

When I fixed up the program to work with two radios on SSB with the DVP,
I created a couple of problems on CW.  Jan, G0IVZ found these and I have
fixed them for the next release.

Obviously, if you are going to operate the NAQP CW with two radios, you
will either need to use a pre SS SSB version, or get the next release
which I will put out this weekend.
