TR really doesn't know the status of your packet connection.  It would
take a lot of code to montior what you are doing.

POST doesn't look in the other config file.  Perhaps I will fix that,
but in the mean time, make sure your CONTEST and MY CALL statements
are in your LOGCFG.DAT file.
