radio 1 control port = serial 1 (using irq 4)
keyer radio 1 output port = serial 1
radio 2 control port = serial 2 (using irq 3)
keyer radio 2 output port = serial 2 (or parallel 1)
paddle port = 1

You can't do radio control from a parallel port. Happy New Year!
