For CQ WW multi-single the answer might be like this:

in the run station, a line that looks like

160  80  40  20  15  10

when you'start running, ie on 15m, it changes to

160 80  40  20  *10*  10   and counts down to 0, then it changes to *OK*

(this means you can QSY)

At the same time, the mult station is marked this way . ie 20m

160  80  40  MULT  *7*  10

So you can see that there's 7 min left to be able to QSY from 15m AND
you can QSY to any band but 20m
