[TRLog] Serial Port Keying

Hi Everyone,

I just attempted to key the transmitter from the same serial port that I
use to control the rig using the circuit in the manual.  This keyed the rig
just fine but I lost control of the TS-440.  TR would read the freq from
the radio on occasion.  I'm using the MAX 232 interface described in the
ARRL Handbook, It has pins 1&7 (DB25) tied together to ground.  I used this
same ground for the keying circuit.   What do I need to change?  I removed
the keying circuit and rig control is back to normal.
