[TRLog] TRWISH updates

The trwish list keeps getting updated.  The current version shows that 
the FT-736R interface is being taken off the list.  This radio doesn't
have the ability to tell the computer what band/mode/frequency it is
on.  It is limited to telling the computer if the squelch is "broken"
and what the S-meter reading is.

That URL again is http://web.jzap.com/n6tr/trwish.html.  I think the
URL will show up in the footer of the reflector postings sometime soon.
