Almost everything well covered except.
Computer logging has been a major benefit to the entire sport of contesting.

1. ANYONE even ME can produce a legible log.

2. Times are relatively accurate, and trackable.

3. Log checking has been greatly enhanced, with potentially less or at
least more productive time spent by log checkers. Much greater analysis is
possible and the information in far more logs can be used for log checking.

4. Information, in the form of analysis and complete logs, ready to dissect
in numerous ways, can and is being exchanged by many contesters. I have
rarely heard of a request for a log or rate sheet, being turned down by a
friendly competitor.

All the other things are individual preferences. I am sure you can still
win any class with paper logging, but I personally love the features built
into the various software. I like finding things that give me the
perception of being more efficient, faster, more accurate, working less
hard,and operating smarter.
