[TRLog] 765 interface

I have been using LOGPlus and TR log with a homebrew interface
(MAX232-CPE chip).  It has worked great!  I was playing a round with an
older 286 machine (sort of an upgrade) and I can not get it to work
anymore.  I can get both programs to tell the radio commands, but the
radio will not tell the programs where it is.
I still have some testing and things to try, but ant ideas or suggestions
would be helpful :-)
