[TRLog] Misc notes - upcoming release.

A new manual is QRV and has been sent to the update list.  If you
need one, let me or George know.

Version 6.01 will be out in a couple of days.  The new footswitch
support is working very nicely.  You can now make a file of inter-
station messages during a multi-multi, and there are many improvements
to the packet and multi operation.  

A complete list of changes will be published at release time.
