[TRLog] Log rejected at ARRL??

ARRL will accept it without that. They should, it is their problem. If
it is impossible to exceed the hours since the time of last qso in log
minus time of first is less than maximum then there is no problem. They
do accept. They may assume you operated continusously Only if more than
max is possible may they question you. ARLL really needs to fix this so
it can be automated.
