[TRLog] operating breaks

Guys.

If you're not manually writing it down somewhere outside the computer
log, how are you keeping track of how long you are off -- so you don't
make Bonehead Mistake Number 7 (operating only 23 hours) or Number 8
(operating more than 24 hours)?
