[TRLog] RF in the rig

I had horrible RF feedback on 40 meters.
I put an RF choke in front of the 1 k resistor and a capacitor from
base to ground on the base of the transistor and it all went away.
Just a hint if others have this problem. If it is really bad and this
does not work then try opto isolators.
