[TRLog] More WAE

Well, it appears that TR was broken if you worked more than 600 
QTCs before.

I believe I have all of this fixed now.  You can also view QTC sent
info with the Control-L feature.  If QTCs are enabled, it will ask
you if you want to view the QTC file or the log file.

I hope those who are interested in the WAE (from outside Europe) 
will test the next version to confirm all the new stuff is working
as advertised.
