[TRLog] Rac Contest

[Tim& Alaine Hemming]

The RAC contest only are from 160 -2 meters , why does TR go to 5 ghz or
so.I worked a guy on 440 but found out later that it didn't count , and
then had to re do every thing.
Maybe there is a reason ?
