[TRLog] IARU POST Report

Tree,
Just noticed that the ARRL format log procedure from POST (Version 6.28)
did not list the points for each QSO. I thought in the past that it did
and that the ARRL requires this with submissions. Am I wrong, or did I
stumble onto a bug?
