I couldn't find anything in the CTY.DAT file to explain why VKs & UA0s
blanked for me.  Didn't work any VEs & the only other VR I heard
(VR98/F5PRH) didn't cause the problem.  Can't see anything different
in the CTY.DAT file for those, either.
