[TRLog] TRLog and Win98

If what my techs tell me is true, the AUTOEXEC.BAT and CONFIG.SYS files that
were required by DOS are not used at all by Win95/98. I have never modified my
AUTOEXEC.BAT and TR runs great under Win95/98.
