[TRLog] Baud rate question

Hello, Grant. The big difference is that TR does everything withou
using any interrupts (IRQ's). That is the max baud rate with no IRQ
intervention. If you check LOG-EQF, you'll see that you have to assign
an IRQ for rig control and for tnc operations. TR does not require it.
