Try following :

MY CALL = K1KY
CONTEST = ALL ASIAN
DISPLAY MODE = COLOR
KEYER RADIO ONE OUTPUT PORT = SERIAL 1
RADIO ONE TYPE = ic735
RADIO ONE RECEIVER ADDRESS = 4
RADIO ONE CONTROL PORT = SERIAL 1
RADIO ONE BAUD RATE = 1200

...

It works here OK under W95/W98.
