[TRLog] Printed Manuals

I'm sure Tree will answer to this, but he usually has printed
manuals at Dayton for a price and HE signs them! ;-)

There might have been a mention of this being a means
to compensate tech writer, in this case Doc. I could be
wrong, but.....
