[TRLog] Multiplier Needed Window

Quite frequently the Multiplier Needed Window was showing
me the wrong multiplier in the NAQP last weekend.

For example, in cq mode, when I typed N9HDE (who is in MO) in
the call window, and hit return, the mult needed window showed
me the bands on which I needed South Carolina! This occurred
even though I had worked N9HDE on another band, and MO was
properly displayed in the exchange window. Anybody else see
this? It seemed to occur on about 10% of the qso's.
