[TRLog] WAE QTC ?

I had an interesting experience with an Alt-U to clear the temp log to make
a total of 6 QSOs available for a QTC.  TR-Log generated a QTC ??/10 with
slots 6 through 10 as blanks.  It only happened once; and I cleared the temp
log several times during the last hour of operation.

Had three instances where TR-Log sent QSO data for the station receiving the
QTC series back to him.  I had to edit the QTC files to get the totals
correct.
