[TRLog] keyboard problems (WAE QTCs and others)

Yet some more undocumented keystrokes:

They allow the European operator to ask for a fill by sending
AGN  RPT?  time?  call?  NR? 
respectively.

And for the wish list: Alt-S for QRS  ???
