Hello all

looking at the question of typing.

why look at the screen when inputting?

touch typing should be a reflex action when listening to CW even!
Try using a random CW generator (record the o/p) and input to a
wp - then listen to the tape and examine your score!!!!!!
Yes, it is tedious but good training.

Does anyone apart from DOC use the keypad cw message facility?
inputting serials # is MUCH quicker using the numeric keypad.

tip:

most keyboards have a blip on the lower edge of the 5 key.
locate middle finger on this and use this row as the 'home' keys.
use middle finger for 8/5/2 index for 7/4/1 ring for 9/6/3

the thumb will sit on 0, and little finger on 'return'
SIMPLE!!!+++
