For those of you with Icom (or other) radio frequency read problems, 
I have implemented a simple digital filter which should eliminate
the problem.  If you would like a version to use this weekend, I have
put together a beta version for you to try out.  It also has the 
multi/packet fix and a speeded up bandmap.
