[TRLog] Sprint Mode Changes

Did anyone else experience unexpected changes to SAP mode when using the
function keys to send cw?  (No, I don't have the mode change in the message.) 
Happened inconsistently.  I'm a few versions behind, but I don't recall
anything in the release notes for the later versions.
