[TRLog] Stretch CW from beeps

Tree, running v6.35 during NAQP.
Cluster on other side of room was hooked to serial port, forgot to logoff from EQF.
Therefore, random DX spots showed up from time to time :-)
However, announcements from the cluster that seemed to have a BELL at the end of the string
caused TR (when sending CW) to suddenly freeze for a split second, and stretch out a dit or
dah.  Happened about 3-4 times, no big deal.  These came from things like ANN/FULL's that
someone made, and I had to be in transmit at the same time for the effect to occur.
