[TRLog] Off and On Times

In the NA QSO party, I used the TR feature to record rest periods 
(entering \OFF and \ON).

What I discovered, you can log MANY MANY QSO's while on the Off mode.

Not a major problem, but it does through off the calculation of total 
operating time.

Is there anyway this feature could be modified to not allow a QSO to 
be entered if the last entry in the log was \OFF?
