[TRLog] Floppy crash

Last night, I found a smoking gun in the floppy save routine.  I
think this explains the failures that some of you have seen.  It
will be fixed in 6.43.  I am going to spend some more time looking 
for other possible problems before releasing it.  

I also improved the code a little and if you have a big file, the
updates might happen a little quicker.
